How has a shift in physical structure and distance between tenants with the same landlord impacted bargaining power-dynamics, especially of recipients of federal housing subsidy? And then, what can stories of bodies and ownership at renters' doorsteps do to destabilize the structures which fracture and individualize our experience of housing?
